Discover → Pilot → Scale
We minimise noise and maximise signal. Each step has a clear outcome and exit criteria.
1) Discover (3–5 days)
- Map funnel, data, constraints, and risks
- Define one sharp problem and a success metric
- Pick data sources and guardrails (privacy, brand)
Output: A mini design doc and pilot plan with a measurable target (e.g., +20% reply rate).
2) Pilot (2–4 weeks)
- Ship a working slice to a small cohort
- Instrumentation: track lift, time saved, quality
- Guardrails and human-in-the-loop where needed
Output: Pilot results report + recommendation to scale or pivot.
3) Scale (2–8 weeks)
- Harden flows, add monitoring and governance
- Roll out to more teams/channels
- Playbooks, SOPs, and enablement
Output: Production deployment with dashboards and ownership model.
